Auf Sicht von drei Jahren summieren sich die Verluste auf nahezu 50 Prozent. Internationale Investoren zogen Milliarden ab, ETFs reduzierten ihre Best\u00e4nde und der Markt verschwand zunehmend vom Radar globaler Anleger. Genau dort entstehen jedoch h\u00e4ufig die interessantesten Chancen.<\/p>\n<h3>Wenn niemand mehr hinschaut<\/h3>\n<p>An den B\u00f6rsen gilt eine einfache Regel: Die besten Gelegenheiten entstehen selten dort, wo alle investieren wollen, sondern dort, wo die Mehrheit l\u00e4ngst aufgegeben hat.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesien erf\u00fcllt derzeit viele Kriterien einer klassischen antizyklischen Anlageidee. Das Durchschnittsalter liegt bei knapp 30 Jahren. Jedes Jahr dr\u00e4ngen Millionen Menschen neu in die konsumierende Mittelschicht.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Europa altert und China mit demografischen Problemen k\u00e4mpft, profitiert Indonesien von einem seltenen Wachstumsmotor: einer jungen Bev\u00f6lkerung mit steigenden Einkommen.<\/p>\n<p>Der private Konsum macht mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Wirtschaftsleistung aus. Besonders schwer wiegen zudem regulatorische Unsicherheiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Der MSCI-Schock<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr internationale Anleger wurde Indonesien zuletzt vor allem wegen der Diskussion um den MSCI Emerging Markets Index zum Problemfall.<\/p>\n<p>Der Indexanbieter MSCI \u00e4u\u00dferte Bedenken hinsichtlich der Transparenz einiger Aktion\u00e4rsstrukturen und des tats\u00e4chlich frei handelbaren Streubesitzes einzelner Unternehmen. Als Folge verh\u00e4ngte MSCI einen sogenannten \u201eFreeze\u201c f\u00fcr bestimmte indonesische Aktien. Das klingt technisch, kann aber erhebliche Folgen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesien besitzt derzeit rund ein Prozent Gewicht im MSCI Emerging Markets Index. Sollte MSCI die Gewichtung reduzieren oder das Land im Extremfall Richtung Frontier Markets verschieben, m\u00fcssten zahlreiche ETFs und institutionelle Investoren Best\u00e4nde verkaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Solche erzwungenen Verk\u00e4ufe k\u00f6nnen in einem vergleichsweise kleinen Markt erheblichen Preisdruck erzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fundamentaldaten eines Landes \u00e4ndern sich dadurch zwar nicht. Die Kapitalstr\u00f6me jedoch sehr wohl.<\/p>\n<h3>Genau deshalb k\u00f6nnte jetzt die Chance entstehen<\/h3>\n<p>Paradoxerweise k\u00f6nnte gerade dieser technische Verkaufsdruck die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine sp\u00e4tere Erholung schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Denn viele der aktuellen Probleme sind zyklischer Natur. Sinkende US-Zinsen w\u00fcrden Kapital wieder in Schwellenl\u00e4nder lenken. Eine Entspannung am \u00d6lmarkt w\u00fcrde Indonesien als Nettoimporteur helfen.
