Army loses in court: Federal government must pay over CHF 200,000 in compensation to dismissed military expert

The Federal Administrative Court has ruled Mauro Mantovani's dismissal to be unjustified. The strategy expert will receive 16 months' salary because the army dismissed him after 25 years without a valid reason.
